So what about me? When asked I say, 'I Grow Businesses'. It’s what I’ve done all my career having trod the entrepreneurial path and taken the senior employed route too. I understand how businesses work on both sides of the coin and it’s this experience and love of building businesses that has led me to create the Scale Your Business With Confidence Programme – giving established IT/MSP business owners just like you less hassle, greater profits and more time to live the life you want as opposed to feeling like your business owns you.

Me? Well, very early in my career I trained and supported 104 small business owners as a part of a global franchise launched in the UK in the early nineties – now a household name.
At age 28, I was London business manager for a blue-chip FTSE corporate services company, managing 52 staff and multi-million pound contracts.
In 1996, I went to Budapest with a partner, $5,000 in my pocket, and nothing but an idea for a sports marketing business. I had no plan and 12 weeks to make it work. Three years later that business was turning over $1.2 million…
I learned the hard way how to make it work. If I’d had someone like me now to work with it would not have been so painful but that's hindsight and a wonderful thing. After Budapest I went on to become a director and COO of a £30 million UK business looking after the Middle East, Asia and China.
It’s this experience and the ability to help business owners just like you to scale their businesses with confidence that, combined with the enormous challenges facing small businesses in the UK today, inspired me to do what I do today. I’m very lucky to love what I do.
